TESTIMONIAL — THOMAS HOLM,
CEO GRO JUICE
"Glasyr has helped us from the very beginning with the development of a visual identity, packaging design and various promotional materials, such as the website and social media. Throughout the process Glasyr has been super skilled and very committed to the task. The close collaboration between us, as well as Glasyr’s understanding and commitment to our business, meant that we created a perfect result. Glasyr has been very helpful, creative, innovative thinking and solution-oriented. They have managed to understand our values and reflected the quality of the product in the identity. We really recommend Glasyr to others who need a strategic, professional and a team with very creative minds."
TESTIMONIAL — MORTEN MECHLENBORG NØRULF,
VICE FESTIVAL DIRECTOR
"MIX Copenhagen had the pleasure of collaborating with Glasyr for the festival's 2015 visual identity. Not only did we receive positive feedback regarding the user-friendliness of our printed program and website, we also received immense positive reactions to our visual identity. Posters, programs and postcards were sought-after due to the visually pleasing looks and our stock were completely empty when the festival ended. MIX Copenhagen experienced a 12% increase in visitors primarily due to the new visual identity. To us, Glasyr showcased a high level of professionalism, creativity and vision — something that made our 2015 visual identity the most acclaimed in the festival's 30 years.”

THE PROCESS — 9 STEPS TO GREAT BRANDING
Your why — First off lets zoom out and look at things at a larger perspective. Why does your brand exist, what does your brand help people with, what do you help solve.
Your audience — Who does your brand typically help? And are you aiming for more of the same type of customers or are you targeting new markets or segments?
Your edge — Who does your brand typically help? And are you aiming for more of the same type of customers or are you targeting new markets or segments?
Your field — Have a look at similar businesses, large and small, anything that works well, anything to avoid? Learn.
Your objective — What are you trying to solve with this brand work, what are we trying to achieve with this specific activity? This is good for everybody involved to be aware of, to be able to hit that target.
A prototype — Great its time to get to work, prototype the new brand expression, create a minimum viable product version of the brand expression.
The brand — Create guides, examples and templates that would benefit your brand, here is a list of inspiration. Logo, that one stamp that hints at the personality of the brand, or what you do. Typography choice, are we modern or classic or something else. Use of colour, setting the mood. Illustration, either to guide and help communicate, or to simply heighten the brand experience. Animation for a dynamic and modern brand. Photography and video style, a picture says more than a thousand words :) Layout, defines how all elements come together. Tone of voice is how do we talk and write. Spacial design, update your office or store to the new brand experience/expression
Brand assets — Great, now you have the expression in place and it’s time to create the actual assets for your brand, such as; social media posts, designing and coding a website, designing packaging and produce it, printed material, planning, shooting and editing new photo and video material, creating a pitch deck / a sales presentation.
It's showtime — The Time to set the brand expression free, celebrate and launch the new updated brand expression! My clients have had success with connecting to their audience by communicating the reason for the shift of expression.
With me on the team, you get a brand designer that thinks big and in holistic experiences, that can follow through on large concepts all the way to executing in small details. My experience in branding and art-direction extends from building brands from scratch and showing the way with strategically based future scenarios, containing everything from name, tagline, tone of voice, visual identity, packaging, art direction, interior direction, digital design, video, animation, publications, and all the way to retouching just the right color tone on a product photo. With my long experience and refined process, I make sure that my clients become part of the process, gain an understanding of and help define what parameters the design shall fulfill. Therefore we reach our common goals fast and convincingly, and the implementation receives the greatest possible support.
I grew up in Malmö, and have lived most of the last 15 years in Denmark, where I have taken my education, a BA in visual communication from the Design School Kolding and another BA in creative communication from the The Danish School of Media and Journalism, I have worked independently for the past 10 years as a graphic designer and art-director in my own company. The first few years as Casper Heijkenskjöld Atelier, with a brave and progressive approach to design, focusing on clients in culture, music, fashion and film. There after 4 years with partnering with Andrea Eedes in the brand agency Glasyr, where we through a common interest for conceptual and strategic design combined with aesthetics and craftsmanship created attractive and delicate branding aimed at awakening the senses of a customer base that appreciate quality in areas such as gastronomy, product and interior design, film, culture and fashion. I completed a parental leave cover at the design company e-Types
